Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how HYPE DESIGNS LLC ("HYPE DESIGNS", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit hypedesigns.com (the "Site") or send us a project inquiry.

Device Information. When you visit the Site we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, the website or search term that referred you, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this through:

• Log files, which record actions on the Site, including IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for essential site functions and for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; see allaboutcookies.org for how.

Inquiry Information. When you email us about a project, we collect what you give us: your name, work email address, company, role, the brand and project you describe, quantity, timing and budget ranges, and your message.

We refer to Device Information and Inquiry Information together as "Personal Information". We do not sell products through the Site and do not collect payment card details on it.

We use Inquiry Information to respond to your request, scope and quote projects, communicate with you about them, and keep records of our business relationship. Where you have told us you want to hear from us, we may also send you information about our work and services.

We use Device Information to keep the Site secure, screen for abuse and fraud (in particular using your IP address), and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

We share Personal Information with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, acting on our instructions:

• Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage), which store Site content.
• Our email providers, which deliver your inquiry to our team and our replies to you.
• Cloudflare (DNS, performance and bot protection).
• An analytics provider, used to understand aggregate Site usage.

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do not sell Personal Information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The Site sets no cookies for advertising and no cross-site tracking. What it does store:

• Preferences kept in your browser (not cookies, never sent to us): your light/dark theme choice, whether the intro animation has played this session, and your cookie choice itself.
• Google Analytics 4 (only if you click "Accept analytics"): cookies named _ga and _ga_* that distinguish visitors and sessions for up to 2 years, with IP anonymisation on. Decline, and nothing from Google loads. Change your mind any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Hosting logs at Vercel (IP address, user agent, pages requested), kept briefly for security and reliability.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and never ask.

We do not alter the Site’s data practices in response to a browser "Do Not Track" signal. Where applicable law treats the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing", we honor it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, updated or deleted, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to respond to your requests and perform contracts with you, and to pursue the legitimate business interests described above. Your information is transferred to and stored in the United States.

We keep Inquiry Information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it. Device Information in logs and analytics is kept for a limited period.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
